We suggest
the following topics for sessions:
1.
Geometry in
modern sciences.
2.
Preparing
syllabuses taking into account the course of studies.
3.
Didactic
measures and methods facilitating teaching engineers.
4.
Examples of classes topics and tasks relating to their applications in
technology.
5.
Results
of one's own research concerning didactics.
Conference's
Scientific Committee
Intended
participants are kindly requested to send their applications by the 28th
of February 2011 on the attached Application Form by e-mail. Visual
presentation of the paper (on the screen - computer presentation) should be
prepared in English. The text of the oral presentation may be in other language.
The papers will be accepted on the basis of abstract (max. 2-pages long) in
English, written precisely according to the attached sample. Please send them in
a form of a file (MS WORD) by e-mail or on a CD by
20th of March 2011.
Information
concerning acceptance will be sent by 17th of April 2011.
The abstracts of
accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and on WWW page of
our Centre.
Additionally, we
offer the possibility to publish full versions of papers as
articles in the Scientific Journal of Silesian Technical University or in the
Bulletin of the Polish Society for Geometry and Engineering Graphics.
Publication of 4-page long articles is free for conference participants, (each
consecutive page is 5 EUR). The complete articles should be submitted by 8th
of May 2011.
The abstracts
should be prepared precisely according to the attached sample.
The Conference
fee:
260 EUR
– for
participants,

– for accompanying person.
